Oversee day-to-day venue operations, staffing, and guest experience. Previous hospitality or entertainment venue management experience preferred.
Lead our food and beverage program across the sports bar, rooftop terrace, and event catering. Build the menu, manage suppliers, hire the kitchen team.
Plan and execute watch parties, tournaments, private events, and the World Cup pop-up experience. Strong organizational skills and a passion for live events.
Own the end-to-end guest journey from arrival to departure. Train front-of-house staff, manage feedback, and ensure every visit exceeds expectations.
